Rigt of Revocation

You may revoke your declaration of intent entering into this agreement within a term of two weeks in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) without stating any reasons or by simply sending back the entire matter. The term begins at earliest when this instruction is received, but not earlier than the moment the first partial delivery is received. In order to observe that term, it suffices to timely send off the revocation or the matter.

In case of successful revocation, both parties have to return to each other the consideration they have received. The client is explicitly informed about the fact that the samples can not be returned in case an analysis has already been made, and that he will have to pay the entire remuneration. In this case the return of considerations by both parties will not take place
